For Organizers
Instead of setting a fixed price for seats, you list them for auction. You set a starting bid, minimum increment, and auction duration. Attendees compete by placing bids, and the highest bidder at auction close wins the seat. This ensures every seat sells at its true market value.
Any live event with assigned seating or designated areas: concerts, galas, sports events, festivals, theater performances, private dinners, award ceremonies, and more. If your event has seats, tables, or VIP sections, it works on our platform.
Our floor plan builder includes templates for common venue types (stadiums, theaters, arenas, banquet halls). You can customize the layout, define zones with color coding, and configure individual seats or tables with specific perks and descriptions.
You can set a reserve price (minimum bid) to protect against underselling. If no bids are placed above the reserve, the item does not sell and you can relist it, adjust the starting price, or sell through traditional channels.
Payouts are processed after the event date, minus the applicable commission fee. Funds are transferred directly to your bank account via our payment processor. The exact payout timeline depends on your subscription tier.
Yes. You can mix auction-based and fixed-price inventory for the same event. Auction the premium spots and sell general admission at a set price. Full flexibility.
For Bidders
Browse available events, select the seat, table, or section you want, and enter your bid amount. Your bid must meet or exceed the current highest bid plus the minimum increment. Once placed, your bid is binding.
Your payment method is charged the winning bid amount. You receive an Entry Pass with a dynamic QR code and verification code. Present this at the event entrance for access.
Yes. Other bidders can place higher bids at any time before the auction closes. If you are outbid, you will be notified and can choose to place a new, higher bid.
Some auctions use a soft close mechanism. If a bid is placed in the final minutes of an auction, the closing time is extended by a set period (typically 2 minutes). This prevents last-second sniping and gives all bidders a fair chance to respond.
Bids are final and binding once placed. Please bid carefully. If you have a genuine issue (such as an accidental duplicate bid), contact our support team immediately.
